Detoxification is a process that removes all traces of drugs and alcohol from the body to ensure it’s physically stable and ready to begin counseling.
Royal Recovery offers safe, effective detox services that include around-the-clock monitoring. With this personalized attention, our medical professionals can stay on top of your symptoms and provide the appropriate treatment. Withdrawal and detox can be unpleasant, but we attempt to make this process as comfortable and tolerable as possible.
Residential treatment provides live-in care for individuals struggling with addiction. Because clients live at our facility, our treatment team has the time and resources to provide integrated treatment that addresses more than one issue. Your treatment plan will be unique and customized to your needs at the moment. Additionally, you can reside in a private, structured setting with 24-hour monitoring.
During your time in residential treatment, you will engage in individual, group and family therapy.
Your residential treatment plan may also include medication, complementary therapies and 12-step groups. Most clients stay for 30, 60 or 90 days depending on what is recommended and what they can afford to pay out of pocket after insurance.
Because addiction is often driven by an underlying mental health problem, we assess all clients for dual diagnosis. If you have a co-occurring disorder, you will receive integrated treatment that addresses your substance abuse and mental health problem.
Our treatment team is highly versed in dual diagnosis and how to approach both problems simultaneously. We utilize a variety of psychotherapeutic medications such as antidepressants and anti-anxiety meds, as well as counseling and alternative therapies.
Inclusive treatment is highly effective for dual diagnosis clients as it reinforces self-esteem, builds healthy habits and involves the core family members in the process. Some of the most common mental health issues we treat are post-traumatic stress disorder, generalized anxiety disorder and bipolar depression.
Sobriety is a huge accomplishment, but the work does not stop here. Recovery is an ongoing process, and many of our clients move onto a less structured outpatient treatment program after their time with us. As with our other services, your aftercare plan will be customized to your unique needs.
The goal of an aftercare plan is to help you build a healthy, well-rounded lifestyle that protects you from relapse. Aside from counseling and a 12-step program, here are some of the support programs we may recommend:
